What personal data we collect and why we collect it

TISECO can collect the following personal data from the users of the webshop by follwing ways : name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, date of birth and credit card (PAN + CVV2) to comply with the PCI DSS standard or the account number (provided by the customer in case of a return) when the user visits the website, logs in, makes an order online, contacts TISECO or participates in promotions.

Moreover, TISECO collects all data related to the navigation on the website and the interaction with the brand.
All personal data collected by TISECO come from the person concerned.

How we use information we collect

The personal data of the data subject will be processed for the following purposes depending on the application:
Management and processing of the registration on the website. The registration means the profiling of the navigation of the user on the website. This profiling consists of the use of the personal data of the customer and the information of his navigation such as products he / she has viewed or added to the shopping basket, the visited web pages, the location to assess the personal preferences and / or interests in order to to offer the customer the content of the website, offers, services and products that fit his / her profile.

How long we retain your data

TISECO will retain the personal data only for a period of time that is reasonably necessary, taking into account the needs to be able to resolve issues and problems that arise, to make improvements, to start services and to comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation. This means that the personal data can be stored during a reasonable period, even after the data subject no longer uses the services of TISECO or no longer makes use of the webshop.
